We have decided to close Edvidence. Please download your data before then. After 31 January 2027, all accounts and data will be permanently deleted.

What's happening
Here is what to expect before and after 31 January 2027.
We have decided to close Edvidence. It was not an easy decision, and we know it is unwelcome news if you have been using Edvidence to keep your records.
Until 31 January 2027
You can keep using Edvidence as normal. Every feature is unlocked for everyone at no charge, and subscription payments have been stopped. We are not taking on new accounts.
If you subscribed through the App Store, please check in your Apple ID settings that the subscription is cancelled.
After 31 January 2027
All accounts and all data will be permanently deleted. We will not be able to restore anything, so please download your data first.
Download your data
Sign in and choose Download your data. It usually takes a few minutes to prepare, and we will email you when it is ready.
Your moments and weekly summaries
A copy you can browse on any computer, organised by child and month.
Your photos and voice notes
The original files, in folders by child and month.
Your reports
Every report you created, as PDF and Word.
A spreadsheet of every moment
Opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.
Keep the download somewhere safe, such as an external drive or cloud storage. After 31 January 2027 it will be the only copy.

Your timeline and your Journey are both included in your download, so you can keep looking back on them.

Why is Edvidence closing?
We have decided to close Edvidence. It was not an easy decision, and we know it is unwelcome news if you have been using Edvidence to keep your records.
Can I keep using Edvidence until it closes?
Yes. Until 31 January 2027 you can keep using Edvidence as normal. Every feature is unlocked for everyone at no charge. We are not taking on new accounts.
Will I still be charged?
Subscription payments have been stopped. If you subscribed through the App Store, please check in your Apple ID settings that the subscription is cancelled.
How do I download my data?
Sign in to Edvidence on the web and choose Download your data. It usually takes a few minutes to prepare, and we will email you when it is ready. Download it onto a computer, unzip it, and open the file called Open me first. If you prepare a download and later add more, you can prepare a new one at any time until the closing date.
What happens after the closing date?
After 31 January 2027, all accounts and all data will be permanently deleted. We will not be able to restore anything, so please download your data first and keep it somewhere safe, such as an external drive or cloud storage.
